Project Description
The project entails the construction of a runway, a main passenger aircraft parking apron; an aircraft control tower; a passengers terminal; office buildings; car parking lots; shops; supermarkets; banking facilities; ancillary facilities, such as fuel depots, airport catering and general aviation facilities; and electrical and mechanical services, including transformer and generator rooms, a mechanical ventilation plant, refuse disposal units and pump rooms.

The capacity of the airport for Phase 1 is estimated at 1.75-million passengers a year.
